Windows: Interior and Exterior
$8 Base Pane
$12 Large Pane
Base = window side < 6ft
Large = window side > 6ft
+$2/pane per story above the first
+$4/window for track cleaning
+$2/screen
Gutter Cleaning:
$200 base fee for per job
+$50/half hour on jobs above 1 hr
* Gutter and Roof cleaning jobs tend to be done within 1-3 hours but our dependent on difficulty, footage of gutters, and the amount of debris to be removed. This can affect the total price! Reminder gutter and roof cleanings are a rough estimate. The window cleaning price is exact.
Roof Cleaning:
$200 base fee per job
+$50 for every extra 1/2 hour
If hired for both roof and gutter cleaning, we do not charge an additional $200 for both services base charge.
Material cost for moss protection added to bill.
